I forgot what you told me but, hell, going by the picture it just looks like the balljoint came out of the steering knuckle, how exactly did it go out? Perhaps this picture is deceiving?
 
this happended some days ago.
the upper ball joint went out.
luckly it was at low speed, so nothing got damaged.

it broke, half of the ball joint pin was on the knuckle. when i saw it i thought the same, that it just came out of the knuckle, but no. it completely broke.
i really think that the bad camber stressed it.

Ahh, fack, yea, thats no good, i doubt your camber would really put much stress on it unless your tires were on some extreme angle. Sounds like part failure to me, were they original?

the tire did has a noticeable angle.
i mean the upper arm bolt was adjusted all the way to the inside.
and they were 1 year old.
