Yoda......If the wipers are coming on when you turn the key to acc and nothing has been done to the truck wiring, then take of the steering column cover and start checking out the wiring. Loose connectors. frayed wires shorting out, etc...

I could turn on and off my radio by flashing my brights. The ignition switch connector was loose. Tightened it up and the problems went away.
