Well now I'm up to 3 RBV...
Brought home a 97 ranger for a daily driver, now I don't have to drive the 91 to work all the time anymore.
It was traded in at work with a blown rear diff (limited slip was worn right out and the spiders had eaten themselves) and the dealership didn't want to put any money into it to try and sell it so I picked it up for $800.
Like I said it's a 97 splash 4x4, 5spd, manual shift t case, d35 and 7.5 out back (3.73 gears) rolling on 31" adventuro MT's. Its got the 3.0L v6 in it and has a 197,XXX kms on it. It runs awesome, looks good and is super clean (been serviced at the dealership since it was bought new) and I'm now the second owner. I did a lot of work to this truck over the last 6 years I've worked at the dealership so I know the truck very well.
After I bought it I got an open carrier off a friend of mine for free and installed it in the 7.5 with new bearings. Cost me all of $70 bucks to get it on the road again.
Then the other day I got a new set of wheels for it from work for free (yes, free they were going to throw them in the metal bin) They are brand new off of an 08 ranger sport. They are in better shape than the deer hoof wheels that were on it so I grabbed em.
The front springs are bagged out and it needs balljoints on the drivers side, so I think I will toss some leveling coils in it while I'm at it.
