ok update #3 i finally got the truck going. power to both fuel pumps the last issue was a mistake on my part i put the frame rail pump in backwards. helps if you don't get in to much of a hurry doing things.

i ran new wires from the relay to the pumps. this is not perm fix but my other car sprung a oil leak at the rate of 1qt every 30 miles. need to replace the turbo lines.
