If I had to guess, I would say he is around 75 lbs now, and rubbed his black nose so much from allergies it's brown.

holy shit. Wouldn't have figured that out on my own. Thanks Bigcountry.

His sister was about 85 lbs and crazier than all get out.

he looks like hes got some mastiff in him

I think it is just the picture, His dad was a big boy too. I think it is a lab strain with more English Lab then American Lab. That would explain the bad teeth too.:icon_rofl:

I'm more of a golden retriever guy myself. I have one named Rusty, he's about 70lbs, and he's a Canadian (American) Field Retriever, so he's lankier and redder than the traditional british goldens, which are generally stockier and lighter coloured.

He's the friendliest dog in the world. Such a horrible guard dog. But as a companion, there is no better dog than a retriever.

My buddy also has a couple of rotties, both of which I love like they're my own. One of them is a male rottie mix, and he only weighs about 70lbs. But the female is pure rottie, and she's about 90lbs of muscle. She's a beast. Beautiful dogs, though. They're well trained. I'm always stopping by the house, even when my buddy or his wife aren't home, and since the know me well, the dogs don't care. But I'm sure that if a stranger wanted to come in.... watch out.

Labs always look kinda retarded. Great dogs though.

All the dogs here are good looking beasts, even the pig.:icon_thumby:

Agreed- on both comments even, lol. I like the look of those terriers though. I always thought of terriers to be more of the small yappy kind of dog.

hahaha no not all terriers are small yappy dogs. he is small compared to a lab in height wise

Ok, here you go. Being an RBV forum and all, I found a pic in my phone of my dog in my Ranger, lol. Not sure what he had scratched his nose on though. We have a decent sized fenced back yard, so no chain for him and no telling what he caught his schnoz on.
