That IS a ranger. trust me. I see them every day. the world model ranger has 6lug wheels and a yota style rear axle. they have ford badges all over and like in the picture above big ranger emblems on the fender.

the one in the first pic is a mazda b series rebadged as a ranger
the rear looks a lot like a toyota, and of course it has 6 lug rims
its a b2500 diesel or a b2900 diesel
