The hood is suppose to flap in the wind like that. its for.......uhhh....... handling. Yeah!, it's to help with the handling You should add some decals too... Give you more HP. probably 5 hp per decal. You already have it painted red, everybody knows red vehicles are fast.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....you got proof?????

Anyhow...... the meds wore off early today.....annnnnd i noticed a very annoying vibrrrrraaaattiiionnn in t throughout the cab( and it wasn't my arms vibrating from a flasback of me firing my M60 outta the door of the helicopter....O.K. !!!)

i found two.....2.....problems.........

1. the top of the xmsn was jammed against the floor of the cab (seems i was so busy worrying about the back of the heads getting too close to the fiiirewall that i forgot about whatever i was talking about....

2. the tail of the xmsn was lower than the pinion shaft......baaaaaaaad....

wait.....let me go get some pics.....


PProblem solved.............this is where I flipped the trans mount upside down...it's got plenty of space from the cab floorboard now......

annnnnd................

Nowwwwwww......i puts a angle-finder on the driveshaft.....
i removes the bolts in the xmsn mount....
i jaks up the tailshaft of the xmsn until i got 6* of drop from the tailshaft to the pinion shaft (i already set the pinion angle a while back)
i puts a spacer btwn the xmsn mount & the xmember....
then i bolt the thangs together......
then i get some of my wife's biscuits & duct-tape them all over the top o the xmsn to get the right clearance from the floboad.....
then i puts the 1st picture on top o the xmsn....
then i molds a piece of plexiglass to fit over the hole in the floor so's i can watch the blacktop go under my feet like when i'm ridin my Harley.......
Nooooooooooo....baaad idea......baaaad....
i refiberglasses the cutout piece back in place....
then i brings it to the upholstery shop to ge the grey shag carpet installed...


EDIT: i think i gonna leave that kickdown cable in the cab where i can just yank it when i wwaaanna pass up somebody....
