Hey John, is that great photographer (aka my daughter) goin with us this trip?? That scenery looks great on the interstate, gotta get some pics of that, as well as the trails...Maybe even do a group pic for this run

Yep, we need pics!!! That scenery is actually on the 2 lane road going up the mountain just before we get to the turn off to go to the trail.

EDIT....Gonna be muddy, it's raining here right now but the forecast shows the majority of the rain south & east of here, right across the mountain!! High supposed to be 50 tomorrow.

That's the plan my friend, but when you see what you missed you're liable to !! I wish you could have made it man, would of been nice to have another B2 in the mix! At least a B2 will be "leader of the pack" though!

I can already tell I'm gonna have a hard time sleeping tonight!

haha im sure i will!!! on a side note though, i was able to get rid of my explorer today. kept the 44 and found new calipers and brake pads for it!

Awesome day!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome ride!!!!!!!!!! Awesome people!!!!!!!!

Due to all of the flooding we got here last night, we canceled the mntn run, I packed up the B2 & took off to Turkey Bay!

I want to go back already! That's the most fun I have had in a long time & I sure needed it!!

Sure was an awesome experience guys....& ladies!, I couldn't ask for a better group to wheel with! I will be back!!!

Just one question to everyone there....did I do the B2 justice?

Yep, it was a last minute decision this morning. I woke up to pretty heavy flooding & didn't want to take a chance of everybody driving down because we have to ride a runoff creek in the valley. Once you get down there it is practically impossible to climb back out & I know of no other way out!

Informed Railman of the situation before they came down & it was decided it would be useless for them to drive all the way down with the chance of not being able to get out of the valley, he mentioned Turkey Bay, I decided why not & took off! Best decision I ever made!!!

I wish you could have made it also man, it was my first trip there & it was awesome!

Railman & Franks g/f took quite a few pics......I left the house & forgot to take my friggin camera with me! They should have some up soon!

Allen, you got a pretty good capable rig you did the B2 justice just fine!! I don't know if we got any pics of pulling that frankenstein out, but he was stuck pretty good. As always, I had a blast as I know everyone did! John should have the pics up in a day or two, I'll see if I can get Brandi to email me the pics tomorrow and I'll get those up too...Allen, glad you had a good time. It's hard not to have a good time when going to Turkey Bay, but I gotta say this has been the best trip out there yet!! The trails were in the best of shape, lots of skill in various places, I just wish my front drive was working so we could have gone on more of the trails Oh well, but look out come spring time, I'll be SAS'd, locked, loaded, articulated, and ready to hit any trail
