Are you injected or carbed?

Just wondering who has what... if you're injected or carbed and if you drive on the street or race only.

I voted Injected. I don't have the motor done yet, but when it is, it will be a Fuel Injected 331 in a '94 Ranger splash.

I've got a carbbed 390 in a 72 F250 to tow with

And I'm about to pick up a 351w with fuel injection to convert to carb for my 00 Ranger.

While carbs may suck off road, they're simple as hell and easy to tune, cheap to maintain.

After tons of problems with fuel injection and costly as all hell parts, I'm givin it a go with carbs.

I'm carbed, and my engine bay is very clean with almost no wiring showing.

FYI......statistics show it takes five years for fuel injection to pay for itself.....once it fails---you gotta work your way outta the financial hole again.....if-in it don't fail----i n five more years you got $2,000 to put down on a new vehicle (if you put that $2 you saved when you filled up each time in a cardboard box under the seat.....Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahhahahahhhaaaa

EFI all the way baby!! A lot harder and much more involved than carb, but it was worth it in the end!

Uh, okay....

We're dealing with old Mustang setups that cost $200 for every EFI piece, so that's much cheaper than a new Holley...
I think costs work out equal in most cases, simply a preference.

Move over bub !!! It's getting crowded in here. Mine's carbed but runs like it's got EFI. It's all in the cam and ignition (and a smallish sized carb)
