HELPPPP Seat/rail swap, 1998 ranger

I have a 1998 Ford Ranger Reg cab, Ditching the bench in favor of a set of leather buckets out of an 99+ Explorer Sport.

The rail mounts in different locations, any way to slide just the bottom part of the rails out of these seats to swap them? Or do I need to ghetto fab some kinda of hybrid bracket/seat? I was really hoping to just swap the rails and maintain OEM look/fitment, but they are far to different, so I need to swap JUST the sliders/base w/e its called.

For those interested, the rails and mechanism are COMPLETELY different, Going to have to cut/weld custom rails with components from the 2....

you need to drill the rivets for the seat bracket and remove them so you have the bare stock rails that fit the floor pan.
