can some one photoshop a photoshop?

can some one make this photo shop better? i like it but it needs some stuff gone.

1.The fuel tank door in the rear fender...can you get rid of that and and fill in that part of the fender flair?

2. get rid of the fake ford focus vent.

3. also make the box a tad longer before the rear tire and make the ex cam into a regular cab.

4 also do something about the heads lights... i like them but it needs to be diffrent some how

Damn, sorry I forgot about this. I started on it - here's everything but the headlights so far. Fuel door, fake ford focus vent are gone and it's a regular cab now.
