Nothings happening to the truk the last couple days.....got a lot of things going on that have to get ironed out tomorrow...

then the other front fender & hood(s) can go back on & I'll be back to the spot where I was gonna finish the interior( + A V 8 ! ).....

I sure wish the little 2.9L would have co-operated, but I wasn't gonna sink a bucket of money into the computerized stuff (which was starting to happen)...

but even worse....I had done spent a month of piddling trying to find all the problems in the ecm/emc2/gmc/ftd/upc/whatever.......

Thing is....if I chop off the top of the intake leaving the vertical risers in place...I can go to Pik/A/Part....get 3 carbs and mount em to the 3 intake risers on the 2.9L minus 650 feet of wiring.... did I just say thaaaaat????????????.....

Than we can pull the 350 s.b.seee apart to do performance mods so blackwidow wont smoke me when we meet and race. Me wittle wanger is a scarred of the widdle bwack widow wanger wit da 350 swall bwock cwevy in it.

Now that we've cleared that wittle matter up.....OFF to the go-rajjjjjjjj....

EDIT:
I managed to get a couple more pics of the engine side-panels being fitted into place.....I"ll put the fenders on last after everything gets ironed out & test driven...( i don't wanna be leaning over those fat fenders with a hand full of tools to make any adjustments!)

Mn_......thanks a bunch....but I gotta pass it along to the soldiers who died giving their best to do their duty.....

Folks don't even need to get in a discussion on whether or not the war was necessary...all they need to know is the soldiers go...do their best...and come home one way or the other CHANGED FOREVER !

We're not a great nation because of our Military Might....We're a great nation because the Hearts of our Soldiers are greater than the weapons they carry!

Those who understand freedom, appreciate the price that was paid are called Patriots...and then there are those who use the same freedom to protest and treat the Patriot as scum...


As for me....I fought in a war under our flag to protect the people of a foreign nation.....and then my Congress allowed my son to be killed by a ILLEGAL convicted felon who fled back to his own nation, who neither had the right nor permission to be in this country....I would be willing to see the 118 enemy soldiers whom I fought and killed in Viet Nam come back to life in order for my son to be here with me again...no medicine that cure that pain.....
