Wisconsin is very backwards...

It should be called Illinois 2. We don't even have a castle doctrine here! People have been jailed for years for defending themselves in their own home. Even an 80 year old woman...

The fee they are charging doesn't seem like much, and as it's put in the article, it isn't... But all together, it's alot of money going to people who are already getting paid.

You would never pay someone to play the role of god, yet paying a DA is doing just that. Only god is just in his judgements, whereas DA's are doing it for revenue and advancement, all the while not caring if the person is actually innocent or not.
