like i said i know its stupid, but me and my dad both have regular cab 04 rangers. his is an automatic and mine is a 5 spd. ive had one complaint with mine so far, the cup holders lol. mine are down by the shifter and my dads are attached to the front of the seat. does anyone know where i could get the console like his?
any feedback is helpful for my stupid problem

check all your regular stores (walmart, target, etc) and they should have middle consoles...

if not, check on the internet

Not sure how much the console design has changed over the years, but on my friend's '93, the gearshift lever interferes with the drink cups. Check for shifter clearance before you commit to buying the console.

we'll see...i guess ill look at a few places. the reason its a problem is because i dip quite often when i drive and grabbin the bottle and puttin it back (especially at night) can be a little troublesome....and we'll just say ive missed the cupholder a couple times and made a little mess

yeah cold drinks are good for the leg-holder, just dont get hot coffee

the center arm rest doesnt have a cup holder?? my mom's 03 has one there.

its kinda hard to keep a bottle with dip spit between your legs when you are shifting gears, steering, and are 6'1 and 280 pounds in a regular cab ranger lol....and no for some reason it doesnt have them on the center console

my cupholders will hold my coffee thermus on the shift boot.
my 97 dumps drinks all the time.............. but it's just a work truck, I grind the liquid into the floor board. my 04 doesn't have carpet, I keep a towel in it so i can wipe it up lol.

I get what your saying though.
