May be time to relocate

Need some info about the coastal Georgia area. I am sure Savannah is wonderful, but might be out of my price range. I'm a small town kind of guy w/kids. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Would like to be within roughly 100 miles of the coast.

tennessee is a nice place. why do you wanna leave? im just curious cuz i wouldnt mind living there, however i do hear its becoming more liberal there and ranbow flags can be seen from time to time.

ive lived all over ga an sc my brother lives in statesboro ga thats not a bad town its about an hour fron savannah, i live in swansea sc but spend all my time at the farm in santee sc we have lake marion for great fishing golf and general recreation and i can be standing on the Battery in charleston harbor in 45 minutes try orangeburg or dorchester county sc

I would def look into coastal NC, SC or VA.
