forced new owner of a ranger

new guy from sumner wa, I inherited an 88 ranger from my daughter as she is taking my car to go back to college. So I am also new to the ranger truck I now own. I owned an 88 b2 with a 2.9 and a 3inch james duff lift and loved it. so I am hoping for the best with this truck. My friend built the truck back in 1992 and used it for work then the trans broke and parked it for 7 yrs. when my daughter was old enough to drive she bought it and has driven the wheels off it. well enough history wish me luck and please help me with questions as I will need the help.

thanks for the welcome ,the ranger has a 2.0 my old b2 had the 2.9. the pics are in the rbv photo galleries further down in the forums section and yes that is the truck in the avatar and the tranny is fixed
