The new beater/winter truck. I'd rather have a stick, but it seems to shift good, runs great, 158000 miles, 1650 bucks. I originally wanted to get a nice truck, but right now ain't the time. I'll pay off this and maybe next year trade the Ranger in, or maybe just keep what I have now for a while.
The DD Ranger, 2.3L of raging squirrel fury, 5 speed manual, 2wd econotruck. Gets 25 town, 30 highway, and still has power to pull a boat (or a Bronco 2 if need be)
Just gave the new F-150 a shot of seafoam in the vacuum line and let it sit while I changed the air filter, cap and rotor. Should have seen the look on the neighbors faces when I gave it a couple of full throttle runs down the road to burn the carbon out, it was priceless
Spark plugs, wires, and oil change tomorrow, already gapped my plugs, everything is ready to go, I just don't have time for it.
I know I'm a redneck already but the way people were looking at me made me happy, smoke billowing out the back like an old train, exhaust has a good rumble to it. Kids pointing, one old lady put her hand over her mouth with an "Oh my" look on her face.
