Black-n-Red interior almost done!

Been planing this for a while. Today got the carpet dyed. Basically all that's left is the dash which I left for last. This was easier than I thought it was going to be. It will be done in time for Pidgeon Forge in July.

Good O'l trusty Duplicolor! Started with denatured alcohol, adhesion promoter then vinyl / fabric dye. Used it in the past and it holds up really good!

Krystal is a southern thing you wouldn't understand. lol Besides, you "Canuk" lights have White Castle!

Gonna go all black on the dash. Thought bout red vents & such but decided against it. I'll post more soon. Went to Lowe's and got painter's paper & Frog Tape for the dash paint. I'm leery bout the headliner & visors though. The shop that did the door panel inserts will redo them for $100. Not bad if ya ask me.

Everyone try and show up in July at Pidgeon Forge. I'm gonna be there!

Duplicolor Vinyl paint / fabric dye. Comes in a spray can. You can get it at parts store for bout $6.99 a can. I got mine at Advance since I work there. lol

The adhesion promoter is a clear spray that use to enhance the paint's ability to stick to the part.

Denatured alcohol you can get at Lowe's. After you clean your part with dishwashing liquid use the alcohol to strip any remaining armorall and such off. Let part dry completely. Spray light coats of the promoter maybe 2 or 3. Then paint the parts as you would anything else. Course some parts you can't take to the kitchen and stick them in the sink. Those I used Tuff Stuff cleaner then the alcohol. This paint will dye carpet as well.

screw what-a-burger sounds like something you picked out your nose, Now it is all about the west coast and In-n-out. o ya white castle is only in the north east about. I was in jersy once and got a white castle.
