Unless you have aftermarket parts (bj's, etc), the only lube your gonna have to change is your engine lube (aka oil).

No nipples from the factory, don't know why though...everyone loves nipples!

Everything can use a little lube every once in a while, but it depends on the part.

Aftermarket Bj's usually don't need any additional lube than what came factory, in other areas, it depends on how many miles and how old your truck is.

Exactly. It's not every bump, but fatty speed bumps, even at low speed.

Check the front sway bar bushings,they get dry and make noise over bumps. Take em apart and smear some grease on em.

Check the front sway bar bushings,they get dry and make noise over bumps. Take em apart and smear some grease on em.

Yes, there are 2 15mm bolts on each of the sway bar bushing retainers, remove them, take the bushings off the bar, clean the bar and the bushing. Lube them up with some silicone grease and reassemble. I'm not talking about the down links that go from the end of the sway bar to the a arms, i'm talking about where the sway bar mounts to the frame of the truck. My 05 Spot Trac (same suspension) had this same problem A while back and simply cleaning a lubing the bushings cured it.
