Help

I know this sounds dumb but my check engine light is on and I'd rather it not be. I was going about 2-3 mph and rolled out in second and let the clutch out a little too quick and it happened. Prob nothing serious but every time I look at my dash I wanna drive my truck into a tree. Any Ideas?

disconect the battery for about a half hour...that might clear it.

most parts stores will scan free of charge, just ask. then tell them to delete the codes after you find out what's wrong. don't clear them if you are planning on getting an inspection in the next 50-500 miles or they will fail you. some states give a 10 day to get by till you get things cleared up.
