Saw that earlier on a firearms forum that I frequent. The link worked, but after filling out my info it kept going to an error. Worked this time though. WOOHOO!!! I have never joined because I don't have any money. haha! What an awesome thing for them to do!

Sorry to double post in here, but I would like to let everyone know that this IS legitimate, since the NRA memberships are all done through the NRAHQ site.

I would have been a life member years ago if we had the money. The NRA is very important to my Father. Glad to get this free time, gives me a chance to try it out and see how I like it as well.

sweet...and timing couldn't have been better. Finished my concealed carry class tonight and got my certificate to mail in for the license.

all I had to do was go to the county city building and get fingerprinted. of course they background check. no class recquired
