turbo+4.0L


I'm working on my turbo setup and I'll tell you now it's not a bolt on and go thing. There are no kits for it.

I guess if it's a quick thing to blow up you don't have to worry about keeping it and working on it later on down the road.

Have at her. It's your truck and your $$$.
 
you don't seem to understand ---> everything part is free ... and trying to destroy the old 4.0L it's what I'm aming for .... bringing the fuel pressure up a bit just to have a fun night at the drag strip that's all:icon_twisted:

I don't really care about how it runs or how fast it is ... I just want to turbo the sucker

BTW I've tried to rev the hell out of it but it didn't work I've also tried to hold it WOT at -4 fahrenheit for a minute and nothing happen :D
 
lol. hit the rev limiter? well do an exhaust turbo then. weld a pipe to the inlet side of the turbo and mount it on the pipe after ur header. weld the wastegate shut and run a tube into the throttle body. that will work for maximum boost.

the 4.0 ohv is hard to kill but thats why I like them.

Exactly what I was going to do !!!

wouldnt he blow the headgaskets b4 he got down the road?

I just want to end it's life ... and if the sucker drinks coolant i'll just empty it ... just to keep the power level up :yahoo:

i'll post videos once it'll be runing
 
please do i wanna see many pics of build and a long ass video of it blowing the F U C K up!
 
if you really want to end its life wouldnt an oil starvation problem at full throttle save you some time/money/aggravation?
