OHV performance ???

[STRUCK]

I just pulled a 4.0L out of a '91 explorer for my ranger and was wondering what type of performance parts are out there before I send out the short block to get rebuilt. I'm looking for more low to mid range power.

Anyone have a 4.0 built like that??

Did after i posted this. the bigger question was if anyone has already built up a 4.0. should have made an edit to the post.
