ex cab b2?

i've seen the chop top b2's. i think it looks good. what about chop off the top and add the ex. cab part off a ranger and make like a micro bed area? tail gate and all. think about it if you ever had a reg cab ranger there isn't much room in it. so you have to get a cap or a tool box of some sort. so why not make the first ever b2 ex. i think it would be sweet. i cant beleave no one has done it. i've seen the truck cabs on the b2 frame, but its not a uni body so to say. is any one here with me on this one? i have a parts b2......hhhmmmm. no motor, no trans. weak 7.5 and d28. how about smallblock, stick, hp 44 up front and 9incher out back. 1/4 elip. sittin on oh i'd say 35's.

i donno know about that. wheel base might be a little to short, it would wanna flip over at any speed in a turn. jk. would be nice for camping tho. and by the way why not make it a dually!!

i have a tendacy to bob bed's so if i did that i would end up with just wheel wells... thats all that would fit... yeah sounds cool! if i was buildign a b2 i might build it like that. i prob would just use the ranger cab/cut the bed up and use that.

I like the B2 body with a micro bed, my dad and I were kickin around a similar idea a year or so ago with his 84 B2 but neither of us are very good at body worked so we never went through with it.

I must say I really like the way this looks. I love the half bronco's or BII cut with a small tailgate. Maybe I should try something like this. a B2 and a Gen 4 had a red head stepchild

I wonder if maybe you could use a Explorer sport for the wheel base instead tho.

i was thinkin that too use the 2 door explorer? the motor mounts might work better plus the frame would just be newer

Ex-cab Bronco 2

My buddy up in eugene, oregon did it already. I will see if I can get pictures of it. He did a sas swap and lift kit. Next is an engine swap. It has about a 1 foot long bed... if that. Looks cool if u into that.
