hey my stock tire size is 245/70 16 my question is i got some tires that are 265/75 16 will they fit on the stock rims

They should fit just fine. They may throw your speedo off a bit though...

according to the calculators in the Tech library of this site your speedometer will read about 4 1/2 mph low at 60 mph. IMHO not too significant.

That's hard to say... I put 235/75/r15 tires on my Ranger which is supposed to change my speedometer reading by about 5mph, but instead my speedo reads right where it's supposed to according to any police radar devise after changing to those tires from my stock 225/70/15s.....
