Idle Surging even after new IAC

90 Ranger with 2.9l v6

Surging idle along with surging voltage on the dashboard voltmeter. Based on many posts, sounded like a bad IAC valve so I replaced it. Surge still there. Cleaned MAS, IAT and coolant temp sensor.


Any ideas?

ALSO check for vacuum leaks and poor connections and grounds

I just pulled mine off, cleaned it all with throttle body cleaner. Works well other then it will surge after 2300RPM now. I am thinking that there is still the cleaner in it, so I shall remove it and blast it with compressed air again.
