Lookin good but what's the deal with the coils? Are the spring pads on the axle inboarded too far? Maybe the pic just makes it look that way.

You're the first person to notice that... The lower spring pads are about 1" further inboard than the upper bucket. It just kind of happened that way, and honestly, I wasn't too worried about it. The springs are a bit too soft though, I think I'm going to upgrade to a set of SuperFlex springs from JBG.

Yeah I saw it when you first got it sitting on the springs, thought it may have been due to the axle misalignment though. That kinda sucks but it should be alright since they are captured at top and bottom. Which springs do you have in it now (you may have said but I don't wanna search)?

Right now they are the springs that were originally intended for the Ranger, from Toms Bronco Parts. They were a bit too soft for the TTB, and are also a bit too soft for my heavy FS, but if they were linear rate instead of progressive, they'd be about perfect.

They don't list a spring rate or free length on their website, any idea off the top of your head? I had that information at one time, but I don't have my spreadsheet with spring information with me at work.

I have a pair of BC Bronco coils I am trying to sell. They are 23" free length and about 250# rate. They are the 6.5" application. $120 + shipping (probably $30). When I bought them new they were $160 and shipping was $40 so ~150 is a pretty good deal since they are very new, <3 runs on em before I went SAS.

These are what I run on my SAS'd Ranger. They should be about right for your full-size truck, maybe a little on the soft side.

Yeah, the thought crossed my mind about just keeping them in case I want to go coils and links instead of leafs but I figured I could just go air shocks instead.

I'm trying to decide what to use for a hydraulic (extra power steering) reservoir. Anyone got any suggestions. I have an old 1.5 gal air tank that I could cut up and sacrifice....

guys up here extend the filler neck on the stock pump to get a little more also run a cooler that won't get you much extra fluid but its cheap to get alil extra

i just have a P/S cooler but i have full hydro steering
