What’s for dinner tonite!

I use the redi-rice camping...

Easy peasy... saves a lot of Coleman fuel not having to boil rice for 15 minutes.

I'm also thinking I may pick up a nicer 2 burner flat top end of season.

My one burner is good size for 2 on a camping trip.

Yeah, the two burner is really nice. Not much bigger than a single but it gives you the option of two heat zones which can help a lot. After having had a single burner grill for like 10+ years, I wanted two heat zones. Flat top was definitely a game changer.

Yeah, the ready-rice stuff makes it really easy camping. Rip open the packet and dump it on the flat top. I don’t use Coleman fuel or the little 1# cylinders, I use my grill enough to need a bigger tank. Wish there was a 5# or 10# cylinder that was common rather than dragging the 20# grill tanks around but those are the cheap solution and they fit perfectly in a milk crate for stability. I couldn’t tell you how many 20# grill tanks I’ve emptied with my flat top in the few years I’ve owned it. Probably at least 2-3 a year. I get them refilled until they are out of date then do an exchange tank deal.

I almost bought a 5 pound tank during prime days. They take up way less room and should last fir an entire week of camping.

A flat top with a side burner for a coffee pot would be sweet set up for camping.

Tonight I had Little Caesar's, and that was a terrible mistake. It was good, but now I look like I've ingested an inflated beach ball. Stupid food allergies...

Stupid poisonous food...

Stupid me...
