My Dads sisters husband bought a 2004 ranger silver super cab xlt they live 31 miles one way in wauna washington from where and my dad live at.

Can anyone tell me details about my uncles ranger.

Im not sure what engine size it has and it looks to be 2wd.
We would need a VIN to tell for sure

It more than likely is a 3.0. I think by that point ford stopped making 4cyl super cabs

Also looks to be a 2 door super cab

Also a little advise for you, might be a good idea to refrain from posting where family members live etc, they might not like that info being disclosed

Honestly It's not your truck or mine, so don't know what business I'd have telling you anything about it. My only real comment about your first post is that it isn't a 2004, but the ad you found already says that much. Looks like that ad says most everying you'd need to know.

Based on the ad, biggest concern I'd have is condition of transmission if it's been pulling that trailer on the regular. If it was abused, neglected, and pulling heavy a lot it could be bad. If it was treated well and maintained properly, might not be a problem.

It's his truck, until and unless he asks for help, let him worry about it. Just my 2 cents worth on it.
