bullnose 1/2 ton

And im thinking way too far ahead on this, but….. if I do get this, it wont be my daily driver (unless of course it’s nessasary) Im wondering how tsl boggers would do in snow? Im sure they would wear quickly on dry pavement. Would definitely pull anything Id ever need with any of my trailers, and have better brakes as well.
The best tires ive found in snow for an amazing price point are the old school goodyear wrangler radials...105 bucks a piece at chinamart and only come in a 235/75/15....northern pre 97 owners likely keep that line afloat

I had BFG M/Ts on my 83 2wd and they absolutly sucked in the snow unless you had no ice under it and the snow wasnt deep enough to frame out.

Ive had the goodyear wranglers on a couple of vehicles & they have always done well in snow. I remember when they were $50 a tire, back then there was a whole size lineup of those tires, from 215/75/15 to 32/11.50/15’s now the 235/15 is all thats left.

Yeah...last set i bought i think i gave 75 a tire lol.

But these days 105 aint bad when you consider how they perform

Marked down to 2500 now.

If its still around friday Im going to have a look at it myself.

You know, I’ve been thinking of buying another truck because what’s supposed to be my DDs are both down as well. Well, the F-150 isn’t fully down but it’s not in DD condition at all. Don’t have the money to be looking though but I’m thinking I’d try to be smart and see if I can find an axle donor for the F-150

Sounds like your backup needs a backup...

You dont know the half.

The bronco atleast runs...just has no heat.

I am making progress on the vic though. Only one ive bought in years i didnt have to winch on the trailer to get home and its just been a avalanche of shit.

I just got to many as is. The ranger, the B2, the 77, my LTD II, theres a cobalt kicking around somewhere....

If i sold the B2 and the vic (once both are fixed) i could pay for that truck or some other nice DD but once they are fixed whats the point in buying another problem child.

I think i just have trouble grappling with the fact everythings stupidly expensive and the shit i like for a daily is all going on 30yrs old at this point....and personally as weird as it may sound i cant stand dailying a vehicle i dont actually enjoy.
