You should be close enough as long as youre SURE #1 is on compression.i watched a video bc i don’t have the timing light but i tried doing it without the light i got it to TDC on cylinder 1 compression stroke I line up the rotor with number one spark plug is on cap.I unplugged the spout.put it all back together and it still won’t start should i get a timing light for more accuracy?
