Hey there. I got my 92 Ranger leaking transmission fluid. I went under and I know for sure that one common leak spot is the output shaft seal. But my question is. If it’s possible for a leak to happen at the Transmission mount.
I really don’t know how it’s possible. Please let me know on what you guys think.

Manual transmission, most likely leaking on top from the plugs on the shifter rails.

Those three plugs?. I’ve already checked. And theyre bone dry. Makes me wonder if I somehow cracked the transmission internally.

Speedometer cable/speed sensor maybe

My guess is output shaft seal, oil is getting on that counterweight and getting flung all over thus making it look like it’s coming from other places. Easy to fix.
