I'm still down a wheel barrow full of cheese burgers myself. My goal for the remainder of this year is to just maintain what I've lost so far. The fall through the new year is a ruff time to diet.

Leftover coney dogs... with some queso blanco... and some frito pie.

Gonna be salmon and veggies for a few days now.

Nothing better to do on a Friday night, so I’m making strawberry bread pudding. I forgot the sugar so sprinkled brown on top. Check back in 50 minutes…

And done. Turned out really good. The brown sugar turned into a nice crunchy crust.
