Looking to go a different route and no longer need this

This uses the eec-iv 60 pin connector, has 8x injector, 8x ignition circuits (5v output for smart coils). Can be run batch/wasted spark, full sequential, and nearly anything in-between. Can control 4r70w and e4od transmissions as well

I just had the real time clock added by stinger themselves a month ago, and I have a full expansion harness (unused, I removed the serial connector but put it back in, otherwise untouched). I have the full USB drive. I'm sure Stinger would vouch for this unit's integrity.

Fully functional, nothing wrong with this unit, it just isn't what I need for my next project.

for anyone that doesnt know, this is a megasquirt3 + 3x expansion, PLUS a microsquirt module built into a custom board, installed in a ford eec-iv computer case, with the Ford eec-iv connector. It controls engine AND transmission.

$1200.

I'd consider full to partial trades for an unmolested factory assembled ms3x, mspro mini, gold box, goldlbox lite. Mspro evo

Note: this unit DOES have the internal map sensor for barometric correction, which looks to be an option now.
I then also had a real time clock module added to the unit so that all the data logs on the sd card will have proper time and dates appended so they're actually useful, +$150

As configured from stinger this new would be $1580.

Wish this were posted a year or two ago (or in the future). I'm leaning heavily towards using PiMPxshift on the 2.3L in the '85 when the time comes.

Unfortunately, I'm a fair ways away from that point and I've had too many big expenses recently with more on the way. That combined with the uncertainty of my job due to DOGE cuts, tucking it away for the future isn't viable.

It's a solid controller. Unfortunately the plug n play nature of it throws a curve ball at my build, and it started getting in the way more than it helped. I don't have a stock harness to begin with and I'm pretty far from stock harness territory anyways.

I'm pretty sure I can take credit cards through my wife's company :wink wink:

Hope the doge doesn't screw you up too bad.

LOL, whipping out the credit card isn't going to help this situation. Might actually need those for some of the upcoming purchases, especially if DOGE does strike.

Don't get he wrong here I'm not complaining about DOGE. What is trying to be done needs to be done, it'll be better for all of us. DOGE says cuts need to be made, but it's on the departments to figure out where and how to make the cuts. I do forsee some areas getting cuts that probably shouldn't and, being a federal employee, I'm potentially in one of those areas.

Just remember, if you don't spend all your budget now, you won't get as much next time!
