By mid or late morning, people usually start filtering out to explore and do things, sometimes alone, and often in groups. So, show up maybe around 9:00. Or, come earlier and bring your coffee to spend time getting to know people.

Sorry Cam. Wife is not doing well. I took her out for a drive in the evening air but I think that may have been a mistake. Probably will head out for home in the morning.
