@mtnrgr , we are all pulling for you here, unfortunately thoughts and prayers and being here for you on the forums is about all most of us can offer even though most of us (if not all) would love to be able to offer more. We are here for you though as much as we can be though!

Hello all,

Well, I made an attempt two weeks ago...sorta screwed myself up a tad. Right after Jesus came to me..within a few days after I had multiple visits from my Rebecca. Slowly healing with those who are assisting..my health is not well, and to recently find out both rotators in both shoulders are completely torn again 100%. I have been thru the ringer quite a bit in my life, I am unable to deal with this anymore. There are some other personal life issues I am also dealing with, that's private matters.

Haven't been well for sometime, and haven't had much energy for much including coming to trs.

Most of you have been cool thru this ordeal, and I truly appreciate it.

Wanted to give my fellow ranger people an update on somethings.

This makes me sad. I wish I could do more that continue to keep you on the prayer list and provide what support I can on the forum.

Well, you’re always welcome to follow and comment on our builds and all and enjoy watching projects come together. Best part of that is you don’t have to spend money and get your hands dirty to do it, lol

Really sounds you have had a rough road. Getting better is a important thing. The fellow members on here seem thier looking out for you. I'm glad they are. Not sure about coming on here to discuss your suicide to make it public is a good idea. Your casting worries on them. My suggestion is seek professional guidance if you haven't already. Perhaps I didn't read everything correctly, who is Rebecca to you?

People that feel the way he does/has should absolutely share their feelings with whoever is willing to listen.. or read about it. Keeping feelings like that inside yourself is no Bueno.

He has been seeking professional guidance, iirc. Rebecca was his significant other.

What helps a lot for me is waking up every day and using my first moments to think about the things I have gratitude for. Some are small, some big.
And today might be a great day to go to the shelter and rescue a dog. A dog will gove you immediate sense of purpose and will give back a lot in return.

We consider ourselves a family here, and one of our family members is hurting. We are all here for him… if you don’t like it, you know where to find the door. Or you can be shown it.

There’s no need to leave if you’re here with a positive attitude and a helping hand. It sounded to me like you were saying he shouldn’t be talking about it with us or online… he should. He should also talk to a professional. We started this section of the forum knowing that health & fitness includes mental health. We’re not professionals, but we’re here for him.
Your comment of “how shameful” wasn’t needed. There’s no shame in depression. It can happen to the strongest of us…
