Wheelbase length = ??

I've only found one source for the wheelbase length information on a 1999 "F-150" VAN. Would this also be called "econoline"? Is the wheelbase 138"?

Iirc...somewhere in the 80s they went to one wheelbase for the non chassis cab ....vans. I know post 95 it is 138....I had quite a few for work trucks ...mostly e 350...that were 138....even the extended vans.

Yes...GM extends at the side door. Makes tight maneuvering difficult....but stability is increased while towing.

The axles on my ranger were originally intended for my powerstroke E350...which I was going to increase wheelbase to 142 inches to maximize wheel travel in the front....to keep it low and out of the foot well.

As of 1990 the only wheelbase available was 138” (not including the cutaway chassis.)
