my research continues…

If that isn't the most enjoyable looking vehicle I'll see all weekend idk what could be. Almost sounded like it had a streetbike motor in it.

I like it...

I miss our baja bug... it was a fun cruiser and pretty damn capable. I put a 1.7L GTI engine in it with dual 40 side draft Weber carbs.

That looks fun. Boppin' along some service roads/ pipeline roads going slightly too fast.

Was talking to a guy on Facebook that lives nearby and mentioned a cool road to explore on motorcycle. We friended each other and he sent a link to this video of an overlanding trailer he built from a Ranger. Pretty nicely done.

Awfully elaborate plan to steal a fairly senior kidney... 🤔

Had some spare time so I visited the waayyy back of the local junkyard. Lots of good cars back there

And super rare for the climate; a foxbody with clean shock towers

Overloaded the '97 a touch with some local auction goodies... but was only going like 15 miles so whatever... don't know the length but there were say 30 12' long pieces of roofing metal, say 30 3' long scraps of 14" steel building style Perlin scraps (came with the roofing...), 2-300' of 14awg Romex, two 20 ton air over hydraulic bottle jacks, a steel and wood lawn tractor trailer, a handful of push cultivators, a gas lawn edger and a generator automatic transfer switch (bought it to flip, new and cheap)... no picture but the clampets would have been proud :), there was a 12' trailer involved for the metal so nothing was too sketchy...
