ARB Bumper question

I was looking into a front bumper with a winch and grill guard, and found an ARB bumper, number 3440200, on 4 Wheel Parts. It claims to be for the Ford Ranger, but when I emailed ARB they said it is meant for the international model Ranger. Is there a difference between the American Ranger and the International model? ARB wont guarantee capatability, but would it still work?

I've not seen the interior structure of an international model Ranger but I have seen enough of the exteriors of them. The design between the North American Ranger and the International one is different enough that it is indeed possible that the bumper you are looking at would not mount up correctly, if at all. Do yourself a favor and look at the offerings at Affordable Offroad. The guys do really nice work. I put a pair of their bumpers on my 06... liked them so much I bought another set for my Bronco II a week ago.
