Turns out it's NOT fan season anymore as I'd expected... Walmart had like 2 options both were nowhere near what I was looking for, Target had a $50 Honeywell fan and couple of those tower fans and some battery powered thing, Home Depot had nothing, neither Goodwill had anything good and Lowes had nothing... so I ordered THIS cuz why not, should be easy to mount to the door frame with screws or my custom coat hanger bracket for now...

Looks like you could take that C-shape mount bracket and hang it from the ceiling if you had a wood rafter and knew how to find it, and virtually spin that thing anyhow you wanted it, if they only made an invisible cord :/

Got the little fan in today, it's a nice piece, when it says metal it means all metal... blade is metal, housing is 3 piece metal, base is metal (sheet, but not flimsy). It's super quiet in both speeds and moves more air than the previous fan did for sure..
Definitely no regerts...

I'll see about making a new bracket tomorrow evening, it's up with the coat hangar bracket but this one deserves something better, we'll see how fancy I feel, might just drill two holes and screw it to the wall...
