about an hr in. Motoring out of the bay so the batteries can charge and so we don’t have to worry about sails in the dark… unfortunately the charge light is on so I guess we’ll see.

Sure did... this would be one heck of a last post on the forum wouldn't it? It took 13 hrs dock to dock. I had a marina lined up at home and they swore up and down that the channel was deep enough. I even confirmed with a homeowner in a neighborhood on the other side of the channel. That marina had multiple 40'+ sailboats in it too. Well they must never take their boats out cause I got grounded in the channel 1000' from the shoreline. Fortunately, a neighboring marina still had an available slip.
