89 or 90 Ranger 2wd. 4cylinder manual. I know it needs an alternator not sure what all else. It will start, someone put the wrong alternator on it. I bought it but don’t have time to fool with it....

The tires are actually fine. He specially designed his driveway so that there are dips in it to fit the tires. They *look* flat because of the dip they're sitting in, but they're perfectly fine, nice firm tires that hold air.
