The reverse light is the stock 3156 bulb... I’d recommend replacing the bulb with a plug in replacement LED.
The LED “C” is the marker light, along with a pair of small LEDs visible from the side.
The 8 LEDs above and the 8 below the reverse light are the stop/turn signals.

Well, he did notify finished testing days ago and promised sending the report but missing afterwards so .... we are trying all we can to get the results back. Thanks for your input !
