Any one else regret being good with PC's?

Well I just got the charger so this turned in to a multi day ordeal...

Computers is goes bzzzzzzzzzzzz shhhhhhhhhh errrrrrrr ding ding errr ding bshhhhhhhh.

For sure back in the 90's with dial-up service. Those network cards were loud. No sneaking on the internet at night when you were not aloud to back then.

Todays phones would be so annoying if they still made that racket. :icon_rofl:

I hate new computers they are overly complicated.

In the world of Personal Computers, hardware wise, they have actually gotten simpler by moving the what used to be called the North Bridge on to the CPU itself actually simplifying the motherboard and reducing overheating issues in that area. The North Bridge and many of the South Bridge functions have actually been moved on to the CPU bringing the CPU closer to what we have in tablets and phones called a System on Chip, or SoC for short, to simplify and reduce latency for more performance. Both Intel and AMD implemented these changes differently but with one goal in mind. To build a faster CPU to dominate the market share.

Automotive computers on the other hand have started to get out of control with complexity and what is now hooked to them. With this I am in total agreement with you that they have become overly complicated.

Yup still overly complicated.... I like a good old fashioned start button and command prompt.
