It was kind of sprung on me, I am low on charcoal so I grabbed my Coleman:
My wife made tater salad and then devilled a few leftover eggs, really good supper and PERFECT night to get out of the house.

- I used to do nothing before 6:30 am, now it takes all day.
Yesterday, DW picked up a 6 1/2 lb untrimmed beef tenderloin for me to trim and cut up. So, I peppered the side muscle, wrapped it in smoked bacon, and fired up the charcoal. Also fixed some smashed potatoes and steamed carrots. Sorry, no roux or Tobasco sauce, but it was still quite tasty.
