I'm not legally allowed to shave my beard according to section 4 & 7 the endagered species act of 1973. There are numerous species of flora, fauna, and fungi that inhabit my beard and are found no where else on earth. Under section 4 my beard is therefore deemed critical habitat and under section 7, can therfore not be destroyed.
