None of them. Swap to Explorer seats. When I went from a Ranger to my first Sport Trac the first thing I noticed was how much better the seats were.

I have been looking trying to find explorer seats for a few months now. Another member gave me this website : http://www.car-part.com/
If you have the 60/40 seats or the bucket seats, Explorer seats up to 2001 will bolt right on to your tracks.
