Pics of my v8 ranger project

What "other pieces" from the GT are noteworthy besides the ground effects kit and bumper covers?

It looks really close to a "Steve Millen" air dam. I know a guy that has one that I've been meaning to go get for my truck for like 8 or 10 months now.

Twinskies

Same year, same color, same everything, except mine has the original bench that I had custom upholstery sewn up for. I added foam and recovered it myself.

It's been repainted the factory color. Factory rubber flooring. I plan to eventually improve on both of those areas, as well as redoing the dash pad.

@svtcards isn't yours still a 4 cylinder?

It is still a 4 cyl.plan on pulling engine next spring.i have no plan on repainting mine.if paint holds up the patina look is in anyways.lol.u putting a plastic housing around original dash ? That's what I did.black now.tryiing to break up the red. to much red

Nice door panels, too bad those seats aren't black,

Good looking truck for sure! Black floormats would help break up all the red..

Do you still have the factory 7.5" rear axle in it?

Also, PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE, DO A 4CYL ECOBOOST SWAP!!! :cool:

It's appears there's no A/C in SVTcards Ranger ;)

Same as where I started. No factory A/C.

I didn't even have power steering in it until just recently.ecoboost would b pretty cool.but I already have donor car with V8 ready to go in it.and no to 7.5. it has an 8.8 from a 91 ranger in it currently.direct bolt in no modifications needed.just need limited slip so it will move a tad better with more power.i m assuming yours has an 8.8 in it by now?i had a parts truck that had a/c in it that I could of used but don't really use a/c to often.also black mats will b in it next summer.pretty much only thing left for interior besides redoing seats.

To have seats redone an upholstery place wants to charge like 80 an HR.so that's definitely not top of the to do list at the moment.

Door panels were pretty easy to do.not bad looking for my first attempt at it.also did the cubby in black vinyl.that was a little more tricky.need to redo it though.didn t use the right spray adhesive on it.peeling off.i used bed emblems from a late 60 to early 70s full size ranger for panels.to pay Homage to the OG rangers.lol

Your homage did not go unnoticed. Nice touch

Fortunately you have plenty of donor options for the seats.
