New Shifter for 1987 Ranger 4x4 STX Auto?

I'm overhauling a 1987 Ranger High Rider STX 4x4 with an automatic trans. Are there aftermarket shifters available? I would like to replace the boring stock shifter handle with something more cool. The repair manual says it's all one piece that needs to be removed be disengaging the "trunion bolt" or something similar.

Anyone replace theirs with something different?

dont know if you can see this but it got the hole in the middle so you can put your fingers throught it so its easy shifting,

ya you can get a few diff shifters from b&m or hurst and make them work no problem

$200+ for a shifter...nah.

I was kinda hoping for something cool or homemade, or is that a ?
