93 ranger clutch interchange

Hello. I'm new to the forum. I appreciate any help i can get. I recently bought a 93 3.0 ranger 5 speed. The clutch will need replaced and my buddy has one for a 91 3.0. Part number 1107054. I called napa where it came from and they gave me a different part number for the 93. They didn't know if it interchanged. Or they didn't tell me. I don't know.
Anyone know if I could use it. I haven't started it yet. Any help would be appreciated again. Thank you. Or direct to who would know? I guess ford

And they are both 2wd.

In '93 the release bearing and slave cylinder were changed, which is why the part number for a clutch kit is different.

The friction disc and pressure plate between '91 and '93 are exactly the same.
